Warming Scottish homes since 2019
We give your boiler a proper once-over to make sure it’s safe and running like it should.
We check every safety bit inside your boiler, keeping your home and loved ones safe as houses.
We test what’s coming out the flue, just to be sure your boiler’s breathing right.
We don’t mess about,! Every pipe and joint gets checked to keep gas where it should be.
If your boiler’s guzzling more gas than it needs, we’ll spot it and sort it.
We clear out the gunk so your boiler doesn’t pack in when you need it most.
We look for leaks, rust, or any other nasties before they turn into big problems.
Recognising when you require a boiler service versus a heating repair is vital. Boiler servicing, akin to a car’s MOT, is an annual check-up for safety, efficiency, and performance, including replacing specified parts as instructed by the manufacturer. Mainly, a boiler service is preventive, catching issues before they happen!
Boiler repairs, however, are required when a breakdown occurs and your boiler stops producing heating or hot water. Our standard boiler servicing and “Cosy Home Essential & Plus” service plans do not cover repairs or faulty boilers, focusing instead on preventive maintenance.
While your boiler is under warranty, the manufacturer will cover any potential repairs.
Whilst this sounds like you’re covered in the event of any breakdowns, you must service your boiler every year to keep the warranty active.

Our Standard Boiler Service for boilers still under the manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee. The Standard Boiler Service is the standard “Boiler MOT” test required to keep your boiler under warranty. Your boiler’s “MOT test” is focused on safety and performance. Ensuring that the boiler is safe to use, meets building regulations and has no signs of damage.
We also offer the “Cosy Home Plus Service Plan”, which avoids additional costs, including all other serviceable parts as part of a maintenance plan.
We get it booking a boiler service isn’t the most thrilling way to spend your money. That’s why we offer a simple monthly payment option to make things easier.
Our boiler service plans let you spread the cost across the year, so there’s no big one-off bill. Even better, you’ll know your service is sorted and scheduled on time, helping to keep your boiler warranty valid, your system running safely, and your home warm and efficient. All taken care of by a trusted local gas engineer.
You can rest easy knowing your next boiler service is paid for already and will be booked in by one of our heating engineers without you needing to worry.
All serviceable parts & chemicals are included in our boiler plans saving you money when gaskets, electrodes & chemical redosing are identified as requiring replacement.
Convenient ways to spread the cost of your boiler service with smaller and regular direct debit payments rather than a one-off chunk!

“Ryan and his team fitted a new boiler and fixed long standing problems we have had with our water tank.
Very happy with the serviced received, Ryan is always keen to ensure you have the best working heating system, and all at a reasonable price.
Nothing is rushed and I trust his judgement which is priceless when comes to plumbing/heating and previous issues I have had.
Will continue to use in the future.
Thanks”

“Had no hot water from taps while heating still worked, called RCA plumbing and they arrived the following day, Liam found the problem and fixed it no bother, new valve and it was good as new. Very professional service, Liam was a good lad, very friendly and polite, I would highly recommend RCA, they clearly explained everything in terms of cost of time and parts, no hidden surprises, just a very honest professional service..”
Chris from Stirling, Central Scotland
Chris from Stirling got in touch after losing hot water from the taps, even though the heating was still working. We popped out the next day, and Liam quickly found the issue—a faulty valve—and had it sorted in no time. Chris described our service as friendly, professional, and honest, with everything clearly explained up front. Thanks for the kind words, Chris!

“I’ve used RCA Plumbing twice now for an annual service and had a good experience on both occasions. The first time they were prompt and the second time they were late but texted me to tell me. This was great because it allowed me to do other things until they arrived and therefore wasn’t an issue. All work was done efficiently and professionally and the lads were polite and helpful and the area was left clean. The price of the work was reasonable, the same on both occasions, and even including an additional job the second visit. I called them once out of hours and Ryan was kind enough to answer and give me advise. Great service and I will definitely use them again.”
Dan from Falkirk, Forth Valley
Dan from Falkirk has used us twice for his annual service and was happy with the experience both times. The work was done efficiently, the area left tidy, and the pricing was fair—even with an extra job added. Cheers, Dan!
